Greetings, I'm your new fitness coach Nick. For the last decade, I have worked in the fitness industry and served countless clients. I always served a wide range of clientele, senior citizens, athletes, and even typical working people alike. I specialize in helping my clients build lean muscle tissue, drop stubborn body fat, and increase their mental fortitude. I have trained clients all over the United States and been apart of many successful fitness journeys. Personally, I have competed in natural pro bodybuilding and enjoy training martial arts in my free time. Now together lets build a lifestyle that we don't need a vacation from. When it comes to health and fitness, I believe in sustainability over all else! Sure, there are great "12-week programs, 1-month challenges, 90-day transformations", but by the end of the day, when you finish that, what's next? Another 12-week program? When working with clients, I like to build from the ground up. Instead of handing you a meal plan, I teach you how to build your own. Remember if it were easy everybody would do it, lets get straight to it!
